• We have received training in Active and Isolated Stretching (AI), Bones for Life (Feldenkrais with Ruthy Alon), Ron Fletcher Towel Method, and Mt. Sinai (NY) Anatomy and Biomechanics Course just to name a few
• Plus we offer cardio machines on site for an extra fee. No more need for a gym membership.
