Tuesdays 11am Mind Body Mat Ava Motter
Mind Body Mat is a strength and conditioning class that emphasizes movement efficiency and full range of motion for the spine and joints. Breath, touch feedback and imagery are used to develop movers' sense of body control, precision and ease of movement without strain. Vinyasa-like movement patterns are developed from class to class and are linked together to help develop endurance.

Fridays 7:30am Pilates Mat Class — Ava Motter
In Mrs. Motter’s Pilates Class paying attention to her clients individual needs is important. She is constantly aware of clients’ strengths and weaknesses and works to create a mat class that will bring balance to her clients.

Fridays 11am Pre-Post Natal Pilates Mat Class — Ava Motter
Mrs. Motter and Ms. Bishop are certified through The Center for Women’s Fitness to instruct women before and after birth. The pre/post natal class utilizes stability balls, flex bands and weights to strengthen and tone women’s pelvis floors and entire body. We are also trained to give corrective exercises to help heal diastasis rectii, the painless splitting of the rectus abdominus muscle that can occur during pregnancy. Come exercise and socialize at our Pre-Post Natal Class. Pre and Post Natal Privates and Small group equipment classes are also available. Non-crawling babies are welcome to attend the class.
